We are happy to offer a 15-day return policy (fully refundable) only for the items that get damaged during the shipment transit. As all our items are customized according to our customer’s requirements we do not offer returns/refunds on Personalized items for now.

To process a return in case of damage, please follow these simple steps:

  • Please make sure that you provide an unboxing video of the package, in order to process the fund.
  • Email us at hello@amyragifts.com with an unboxing video of the products to start the return process.
  • Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

Cancellations

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at hello@amyragifts.com with your order number within 12 hours.
